By downloading or using NoJunk Meal, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NoJunk Meal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

NoJunk Meal is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence (GPT-4o Vision) to analyze meal photos and provide health scores, ingredient breakdowns, and nutritional suggestions. The app is available on iOS devices running iOS 17 or later.

3. Free and Premium Tiers

• Free Tier: 3 meal scans per day with full analysis, health scoring, ingredient breakdown, and follow-up questions.
• Premium Tier: Unlimited meal scans, healthier swap suggestions, full scan history, ad-free experience, and priority AI processing. Billed monthly through the Apple App Store.

4. AI Analysis Disclaimer

NoJunk Meal provides AI-generated nutritional analysis for informational and educational purposes only. The health scores and ingredient analysis are estimates and should not be considered medical or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for personalized nutrition guidance.

5. Wall of Shame

The Wall of Shame is an opt-in community feature. By submitting a meal to the Wall of Shame, you grant Linoti permission to display the analysis results (score, ingredient breakdown) to other users. You may request removal of your submissions by contacting support.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Submit inappropriate or offensive content to community features
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use automated systems to access the service beyond normal usage

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology within NoJunk Meal are the property of Linoti. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written consent.

8. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

NoJunk Meal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Linoti is not liable for any decisions made based on the app's analysis. The AI analysis is not a substitute for professional nutritional advice.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
