DailyVita is an entertainment app featuring AI-generated characters that live simulated lives. All content, including character updates, images, and stories, is generated by artificial intelligence and is entirely fictional.

3. AI-Generated Content

All characters, images, and narratives in DailyVita are AI-generated. They do not represent real people, places, or events. We are not responsible for any resemblance to real individuals. Content is generated for entertainment purposes only.

4. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

DailyVita offers a free tier and premium subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

6. User Conduct

When interacting with the app (comments, polls), you agree not to post content that is abusive, harassing, or illegal.

7. Intellectual Property

All AI-generated content, app design, and branding are owned by Lino Ti Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from app content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

DailyVita is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app or reliance on AI-generated content.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
