Description of Service

Slippy is a receipt scanning and expense tracking application for iOS, designed for Canadian self-employed individuals. The app uses AI to extract data from receipt photos and organizes expenses for tax reporting purposes.

Service Tiers

• Free tier: Up to 5 receipt scans per month, local storage, manual data entry.
• Premium ($4.99/month): Unlimited scans, full CSV/PDF export, iCloud sync across devices.

Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings.

AI Disclaimer

Slippy uses artificial intelligence to extract data from receipt images. While we strive for accuracy, AI-powered extraction is not guaranteed to be error-free. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data before using it for tax filing or any financial purpose. Lino Ti Inc. is not liable for errors in AI-extracted data.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Slippy only for lawful purposes. You must not submit images that are illegal, fraudulent, or unrelated to receipt scanning.

Intellectual Property

Slippy, its design, code, and branding are the property of Lino Ti Inc. You retain full ownership of your receipt data and any content you create within the app.

Limitation of Liability

Slippy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Lino Ti Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
